How far out is your delivery once an order is placed?
Answer: Once an order has been placed Pruitt's Furniture can deliver to your home within 3 to 4 days.
What days do you deliver?
Answer: Monday-Saturday between 8am-6pm.
Can we request a time for delivery?
Answer: No, we will geographically route every delivery by zip code. We cannot specify nor request time frames. We do invite you to call us the morning of your delivery after 9am, and a Pruitt's representative will give you a 3-4 hour window.
How do I schedule a delivery once my order has been placed?
Answer: Call (602)956-1991 to schedule your delivery after your order has been placed. Please allow 30-40 minutes for your order to be submitted.
Where do I go to pick-up merchandise after my order has been placed?
Answer: Most of our merchandise is located at our main warehouse on 43rd Avenue and Washington. You have the option to have merchandise shuttled to anyone of our three locations at no extra charge. Please keep in mind that it takes a minimum of 72 hours to shuttle merchandise between locations. Our warehouse is open for pickups between 9am-5pm.

How much do you charge for delivery?
If your're located within the Metro Phoenix Area, Pruitt's charges a flat fee of $65 dollars for delivery and set-up. Please click here to see $68 delivery area. Pruitt's Drivers will not set-up any electronic equipment, touch or move your existing merchandise.
What happens if I receive merchandise that is damaged or I don't like it?
Visible merchandise damage or any home damage must be called into Pruitt’s at (602) 956-1991 within 72 HOURS of delivery.
In order to return any merchandise, you must contact us at (602) 956-1991 within 72 HOURS after receipt of furniture. The furniture must be in excellent condition and a 20% restocking fee will be charged. No credits will be given under any circumstances for delivery charges or fabric protection application.
· A 30% restocking fee will be charged on all cancelled or returned special orders, delivered or undelivered.
· All accessory sales are final at the close of business the day following original purchase.
· All mattress purchases are final from the date of receipt.
